The short answer to this question is yes, superglue will bond to wood, though not quite in the same way that you might be used to it bonding to other things.
Superglue is better for non-porous items like plastics, but super glue and a good activator will work on wood too.
Depending on what you’re doing, if you are trying to stick to pieces of wood together and want a long lasting bond, I definitely recommend using wood glue instead of superglue.
If you are gluing a wood item and a non-wood item, then I recommend using two part epoxy. The bond will be far stronger, and you won’t have to worry about it coming apart down the road.
However, for a quick fix, superglue can get you there, but it may not last very long on wood.
